Simon Cowell Loses 20 lbs On A Vegan Diet

The music mogul, Simon Cowell, has lost 20 lbs since he gave up on meat, dairy, wheat, and sugar.

In an interview with Extra, Cowell stated that he feels ‘much better’ after adopting a vegan diet.

He said that pizza was his strongest craving but that did not let him slip away and ‘have a cheat day’.

The X-Factor judge revealing his dietary change to The Sun said he will ‘soon give up fish’.

It’s still not confirmed that the star has shown full commitment to a vegan diet and will continue to show the same sentiment.

Cowell also told The Sun that his new dietary change has made him look better physically. ‘I was an eight [out of 10] and now I’ve gone to an 11’ and explained the positive benefits he’d already noticed.

“I have more energy and focus and it wasn’t difficult. I don’t like to use the word diet because that’s the reason I never went on a diet before – the word diet makes me miserable,” he added.
