Chocolate Chip Style Vegan Banana Bread

Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, this chocolate chip vegan banana bread by Liv B seriously tastes amazing. The comforting smell and the taste of this classic bread are truly going to put a smile on your face. It is simply fabulous when served warm from the oven.

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, mashed
splash of vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup choc chips

Instructions:
Mix mashed bananas, vanilla and melted coconut oil together in a bowl. Stir well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Stir well t combine. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine. Pour into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until browned and cracked on top.
